What size tent do I need?

Important when sizing a tent is to choose Long -vs- Round tables. Round tables are generally used for more personal settings but require a larger tent size to accommodate your party. Long tables are a more efficient use of tent space and are more popular.

Long Tables:

Long tables are 8 foot long and seat 8 people.

The 20x20 tent will hold 6 long tables.

The 20x30 tent will hold 8 long tables.

The 20x40 tent will hold 12 long tables.

Round Tables:

Round tables are 5 feet in diameter and will seat 8 comfortably.

The 20x20 tents will hold 4 round tables

The 20x30 tents will hold 6 round tables

The 20x40 tents will hold 8 round tables

Please remember no two functions are alike. Each purpose deserves to be looked at individually so that the exact size of marquee can be determined based on your personal needs and preferences. The above figures are just guidelines. Be sure to check with Curry Tent Rental for assistance in planning your special event.

To help, we have event layout services available to customize your special event.

What if I'm not home when the truck delivers/picks up?

What type of service can I expect when the truck arrives?

What is my responsibility for merchandise return?

Responsibility for equipment remains with the renter from time of receipt to time of return. Tents and Tables should remain setup and chairs should be knocked down, stacked and ready for pickup. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees. All tables and chairs should be wiped down and left as delivered.
